Short information overview
- If and until when one of our products is available, you can see in the detail view of every product.
- If the product is in stock, the order usually will be prepared and dispatched within the the same or at latest the next working day.
- If an article is not in stock, we will do our best to get and dispatch it as fast as possible.
- If an article is contrary to the showed condition state, not in stock, we will inform you short-term by e-mail or phone to give you the exact lead and shipping time.
- Our forwarding agencies promise a delivery time within 24-72 hours for all EU countries.
- Deliveries in remote regions take as experience shows 1-2 days longer.
- Duties or other special charges are to pay by customer (for non EU countries).

Shipping to Australia:
We have a lot of clients in Australia and experience with the shipping and customs. If you are interested in a certain product please contact us and we will make an offer incl. shipping costs, different shipping possibilities and shipping time. As we have the same voltage in Italy there are no problems with compatibility of the products.
Normally we do not ship to the Russian Federation. Anyway you can let pick up goods by a shipping company on your risk. For example you can let pick up UPS the goods in our company.
How do the lamps get shipped?
We ship only with express shipping, insured. The shipping time normally is between 1-3 working days. If the volume of the shipping is huge or the goods are extremely fragile we do not use express services. In this cases we use wooden pallets to avoid any problems/damages and dispatch with shipping companies which are specialized in this kind of shipping.
Is it possible that the shipping time gets exceeded?
The stated shipping time is the time we need to ship the goods to your place (after payment income). Normally this time does not get exceeded. Lamps which are in stock get shipped within the day of the order or one day after payment. If the real shipping time exceeds the stated one, we will inform you.
I need my lamps at a certain date, or in a certain time range.
If you need the lamps at a certain date (for example because they have to get installed, or as a gift) please contact us, so we can insure the shipping time and avoid delays. We try to manage every order as fast as possible, but if you contact us we can double check the lead time.
I need a tracking code to follow my goods.
We ship with different shipping companies. In nearly all cases you get the tracking code immediately after dispatching. All shipping companies allow the tracking of the shipping’s. If you need a tracking code and you don't get one after we dispatched the goods please contact us and we will send you all information’s you need.
The shipping time is expired and I still did not get my lamps.
Sometimes it happens that companies do not contact us when they have a shortness of supply, or sometimes they simply do not keep the arranged shipping time without providing any information. In this cases it can happen, that we don’t notice the exceeding of the shipping time immediately. If the shipping time is expired and you got no informations about your order, please contact us and we will check immediately if something is wrong or in delay.
