Do you ship to Australia / USA? / Russian Federation
Australia: We have a lot of clients in Australia and experience with the shipping and customs. If you are interested in a certain product please contact us and we will make an offer incl. shipping costs, different shipping possibilities and shipping time. There are no problems with compatibility of the products.
USA: Normally we ship to USA, but please be careful that the product in which you are interested is compatible with the American standards, because you have another voltage. Generally every lamp with a transformer does not work in your place. If you are interested to buy such a product, please contact us and we will ask if the manufacturer is able to modify the lamp.
Russian Federation: Normally we do not ship to the Russian Federation, because of several problems in the past. Anyway you can let pick up goods by a shipping company which gets organized by you. For example you can let pick up UPS the goods in our company.
How do the goods get shipped?
We ship only with express shipping, insured. The shipping time normally is between 2-4 days, shipping’s to Denmark, Norway and Spain need a few days (1-4) more.
Is it possible that the shipping time gets exceeded?
The stated shipping time is the time we need to ship the goods to your place (after payment). Normally this time does not get exceeded. Lamps which are in stock get shipped within the day of the order or one day after payment. If the real shipping time exceeds the stated one, we will inform you.
I need my lamps at a certain date, or in a certain time range.
If you need the lamps at a certain date (for example because they have to get installed, or as a gift) please contact us, so we can insure the shipping time and exclude delays. We try to manage every order as fast as possible, but if you contact us we can also insure the shipping time of the distributor to us.
I need a tracking code to follow my goods.
Our shipping company allows the tracking of the shipping’s. If you need a tracking code please contact us and we will send you all information’s you need.
The shipping time is expired and I still did not get my lamps.
Sometimes it happens that companies do not contact us when they have a shortness of supply, or sometimes they simply do not keep the arranged shipping time without giving us any information. In this cases it can happen, that we don’t notice the exceeding of the shipping time immediately. If the shipping time gets exceeded for just 1 or 2 days we do not inform you, otherwise you get an information.
